First of all, I should explain that this is in fact from the first quarter and I'm terribly sorry about how late this entry is. I feel really bad about being a total arse and not being able to turn this is in on time especially since my partner drew such a lovely picture for me. I can't really give an excuse for its tardiness other than that 1) reality (school, people, etc) intervened 2) I am extraordinarily lazy and 3) I was very intimidated by the quality of the picture [info]blackvalley drew me. I shwear, I must have started drawing Hermione darling two billion times but never finished to my satisfaction. [info]blackvalley, I'm really, really sorry and if you ever need drawings done in a supergirly manga style, please feel free to demand.

That's freakin' awesome.
You obviously don't need luscious coloring to make up for mediocre drawing style, your linework is fantastic!

Wow, I think this is one of my favorite Hermione pieces ever. Her hair just seems to have such volume! And her eye just seems to sparkle. It's very well done, very Hermione-esque.

And I love her hat!

I also really liked your Oliver Wood piece from a little while ago. Hope you don't mind, but I've Friended you ^_^

A friend of mine showed me this and I instantly fell in love with it. I love the details and the coloring. It's beautiful!

this piece is very refreshing. you did a great job varying the different shading techniques and balancing out the dark and light patches.
